Tax Certificates

A tax certificate is a legal document that displays the annual taxes. The cost for a tax certificate is $45.00 per property. Utility certificates will also be provided upon request for a fee of $30.00 per property.

Utility certificates for non-residents will be provided upon request for a fee of $35.00.

*Non-resident fees apply to utility users who are not a ratepayer/do not reside within the Town of Englehart.
