The Town of Englehart has recently implemented an alert system that will notify all residents in the event of an emergency. The Englehart Detachment is located on Hwy. 11. Part of the North East Region Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police, the Englehart Detachment is a branch of the main OPP office located in New Liskeard within Temiskaming Shores.
